About Outlook Construction

Outlook Construction is a second-generation, family-owned new home construction firm renowned for its commitment to quality and affordability. With over 50 years of experience in the home building industry, our family has constructed hundreds of homes for families across Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1998 by Chuck Skowronski, a former New York City architectural designer, Outlook Construction was established with the vision of providing clients with exceptional custom design and build services at competitive prices. Chuck’s entrepreneur career began in the early 1980s around Lake Wallenpaupack, where he specialized in energy-efficient construction practices. Today, Outlook Construction continues to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, building homes that reflect both innovation and tradition.

Shannon Cross, the current Owner and President of Outlook Construction, assumed daily operations in 2008. With a Master of Business Administration and a Certificate in Project Management from Lehigh University, Shannon has blended his technology and business acumen with Chuck’s foundational goals to modernize and enhance the home building process. This fusion of expertise has resulted in Outlook Construction’s cutting-edge approach, providing buyers with 24/7 access to an online portal for seamless management of selections, color choices, change orders, documents, photos, schedules, tasks, and warranty requests allowing Outlook Construction to provide unapparelled access and inclusion in the home building process.
