Outlook Construction specializes in building homes on our buyer's lots all across Northeastern Pennsylvania. Whether you have a quarter-acre lot in one of the valley cities or over 100 acres in the Pocono Mountains, we are committed to crafting your ideal home on your lot.

LOT REQUIREMENTS

Ownership

You must own your land free can clear with no liens prior to applying for loan and/or starting construction.

Zoning / Permitting

You must comply with all zoning, setback, driveway, & permitting requirements, etc. Outlook Construction can assist with this process.

Survey

All lot corners must be clearly marked prior to starting construction. For some lots the surveyor may also need to mark/locate house corners.

Utilities

You must know / provide details on utility availably for your lot. If an on lot septic is required you will need to have the design completed for permitting.
