Can't find the perfect plan? We can can completely custom design your home at a fraction of the cost of an architect or engineer while providing far superior guidance on budget numbers.

We can modify any of our home plans, and as long as you commit to building your new home with us, we never charge for our plan customization.

Our online construction management system provides unparalleled transparency and involvement in the construction process. Your private login allows you to view the construction schedule, make selections online, approve change orders, view progress photos, and much more.

Your new home will be covered for up to 12 years! Best of all with our third party RWC warranty coverage you receive written warranty protection as well as the assurance that your home was built by a qualified professional as a result of RWC’s comprehensive annual evaluation process.

We will never use 'styrofoam walls' in our homes. Only solid wood sheathing is used for exterior walls in homes we build.

Superior Walls foundations are unmatched by any other foundation in sustainability and efficiency and provide for one of the driest most comfortable basements available. Additionally, the built in studs and pre-drilled plumbing and wire holes make finishing a basement easy!

All garage walls and ceilings are insulated and drywalled in our homes as opposed to bare studs left by many of our competitors.

In today’s era of modern appliances no one wants to get out of their car to manually open their garage door. This is why unlike many builders we include garage door openers with every home.

From caulking & foaming to housewrap & blow-in attic insulation we go the extra mile to make sure your new home is protected from the elements.

Whenever possible we use installed permanent heating during drywall drying instead of often used high moisture temporary heat which reduces nail and screw head pops as well as shrinking and cracking of drywall.

Rather than the typical builder grade 20-25 year 3-tab basic shingle we use a lifetime architectural shingle on every home we build so that you can rest assured your shingles will protect your home.

We have been in business for over three decades and have built hundreds of homes. Our financial stability means you don't have to worry about your house not being completed due to contractor financial issues.

We take great pride in building quality homes at competitive prices. However, unlike some builders we never prioritize profits at the expense of quality.
