Shannon Cross, MBA
Owner & President
Shannon Cross is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with a robust background in construction, technology, and management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from King's College, followed by a Master of Business Administration & Certificate in Project Management from Lehigh University.
Shannon's career began in the consulting world, where he honed his skills over a decade at a Big 5 consulting firm and prominent Fortune 500 company. His project management roles there equipped him with deep expertise in strategic planning, software development, and technology integration.
In 2007, Shannon transitioned from the corporate world to take over the management and ownership of Outlook Construction, a family business. Under his leadership, the company has seen significant growth and transformation. Shannon has successfully expanded the business, integrating advanced technologies to enhance customer service and streamline operations. His innovative approach has been instrumental in Outlook Construction building hundreds of homes, contributing to the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Shannon Cross continues to drive the evolution of Outlook Construction, blending his technological acumen with his passion for home building to deliver exceptional value to his clients.
Charles Skowronski
Founder, Senior Advisor, Architectural Designer
Charles (Chuck) Skowronski is a distinguished home builder and experienced architectural designer known for his pioneering work in energy-efficient home design and construction. He graduated from Pratt Institute in New York City with a degree in Environmental Design.
Chuck began his professional journey as an architectural designer and project manager in New York City and Boston. His desire for country living and passion for sustainable building practices led him to the Pocono Mountain Lake Wallenpaupack region, where he established and managed several home design and construction companies.
In 1998, Chuck founded Outlook Construction, channeling his expertise into creating a company dedicated to custom home design and construction. Under his stewardship, Outlook Construction built a strong reputation for innovative design and quality craftsmanship.
In 2008, Charles transitioned from the day-to-day operations of Outlook Construction, passing the leadership reins to Shannon Cross. Since then, Charles has continued to be an influential figure at Outlook, contributing his extensive knowledge and experience as an architectural designer, consultant, and advisor.
Edward Scoz
Sales Manager, Client Relations Manager
Ed has nearly a quarter century of residential building experience with a focus on new home construction. He was the architectural drafter/designer for one of the top builders in Central Pennsylvania. Ed also worked as a production coordinator for a nationally recognized Big 50 remodeling company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Ed spent a majority of his career as a territory manager for Advanced Concrete Systems, Inc., a supplier and installer of Superior Walls foundation systems, and has been recognized for excellence in sales by Superior Walls of America. In 2021, Ed joined Outlook Construction as sales manager / client relations manager and since joining Outlook Construction has contributed to the company’s growth and success as one of Northeast Pennsylvania’s top new home builders.
Salvatore Gallo
Construction Manager
Sal Gallo holds an Associate’s degree from Mesa Community College in Arizona and brings over 30 years of construction experience to his role as Construction Manager at Outlook Construction. He began his career in 1989 as a framer in Phoenix, Arizona, where he quickly moved into management, overseeing multiple crews responsible for nearly 600 frames per year. In 2003, Sal relocated to Northeastern Pennsylvania and launched his own successful framing business, which grew to include up to four crews and framed over 100 homes annually. In 2023, Sal joined Outlook Construction, where he continues to apply his extensive expertise and leadership in the construction industry.
Alana Cross
Selections Manager, Cabinet Designer
Alana Cross is a dedicated and experienced professional with a diverse background in education, new home interior design, and kitchen design. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University and a Master’s in Education from East Stroudsburg University. For nearly two decades Alana worked as a school teacher and reading specialist.
In 2017, Alana transitioned from her educational career to join her family's business, Outlook Construction, where she embraced a new challenge as a Selections Manager and Kitchen Designer. In her current role, Alana combines her educational background with her passion for home design, guiding and educating customers through the planning and design of their home interiors.
Alana’s deep-seated enthusiasm for helping clients create functional and beautiful spaces drives her work at Outlook Construction. Her unique blend of educational experience and design expertise enables her to deliver personalized, thoughtful solutions that reflect her clients' needs and preferences.
Sheila Cross
Office Manager, Bookeeper
Sheila Cross brings extensive administrative and legal expertise to her role at Outlook Construction. A graduate of North Pocono High School, Sheila began her career as a secretary and later advanced to become a legal assistant. Over the years, she has worked with several law firms, specializing in real estate law and gaining a deep understanding of the intricacies of the field.
In 2007, Sheila joined Outlook Construction as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper. In this pivotal role, she oversees all back-office operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient management of financial records, permitting, and administrative tasks. Sheila's meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills are integral to the smooth functioning of Outlook Construction's daily operations.
