RWC Warranty
Your new home will be covered for up to 12 years! Best of all with our third party RWC warranty coverage you receive written warranty protection as well as the assurance that your home was built by a qualified professional as a result of RWC’s comprehensive annual evaluation process.
Timely Completion
Unlike the “one man do it all builder” we complete all of our homes in a timely manner. Our typical construction time is 6 to 12 months from ground breaking.
Wood Exterior Wall Sheathing
We will never use 'styrofoam walls' in our homes. Only solid wood sheathing is used for exterior walls in homes we build.
Superior Walls Foundation
Superior Walls foundations are unmatched by any other foundation in sustainability and efficiency and provide for one of the driest most comfortable basements available. Additionally, the built in studs and pre-drilled plumbing and wire holes make finishing a basement easy!
Sitework Included
With Outlook there is no need to hire your own excavator. We can include a budget for all site work and excavation in the price of your home and manage the process for you.
2x6 Exterior Walls
For better construction and insulation we use only 2x6 exterior framed walls in every home we build.

Level Curing Temperatures
Installed permanent heating during drywall drying instead of often used high moisture temporary heat reduces nail and screw head pops as well as shrinking and cracking of drywall.
30+ Year Roof
Rather than the typical builder grade 20-25 year 3-tab basic shingle we use a 30+ year architectural shingle on every home we build so that your roof will last longer.

Glued and screwed sub floors reduce floor noise throughout the life of your home.
