All warranty service requests must be submitted via our online system. Please login and click on the ‘Warranty’ tab to enter your warranty claims. Refer to your RWC Warranty Manual for coverage details. For manufacturer warranties (appliances, windows, HVAC system, etc.) please contact the manufacturer directly. Warranty repairs will be completed according to our ‘Warranty Service Schedule’ which was provided to you at settlement or your final walk-through (also available in our online system).
